This dance is great prenatally for toning, and dealing with stretching the round ligaments and keeping the SI joints comfortable. The peace of the woman is related to the peace of her belief system and her birth environment... her belief in the words of the song and in the Almighty. The beauty of birthing in her home in peace and safety and love, surrounded with her husband and child... there is more beauty here than just the lovely singing. - People dont' like to hear about their beloved addictions, and here is more bad news. Caffeine, a stimulant, has now been associated with an increased risk of miscarriage within the first trimester. Now, all you coffee drinkers don't go on a guilt trip if you have suffered a miscarriage. There are many other possible causes, but for those of us who have suffered a loss, every bit of information that helps us to avoid another one is gratefully recieved. let's remember a stimulant is a drug that we would not think of putting into a baby bottle, so why would we put into our babies bodies when it is forming?

- This site is a MUST READ for anyone thinking about having a baby and giving birth in an American Hospital, or any other one, for that matter. The sad thing to me is that these truths have been glaringly obvious to midwives for decades and centuries, but they are just now getting the mainstream media attention they deserve. Women need to stop being "lambs led to the slaughter" without becoming knowledgable about the dangers of routine obstetric, hospital "care" if you can call it that. Don't hesititate. Just go to this site and read it ALL. Your body and your birth will thank you for it. Truly, women remember their births all their lives. The experience of giving birth will impact you as a mother and a person and your bonding with your babe. BE INFORMED or be sorry later.
